always time to fish artificial

Sleep in a little and fish the falling water with that north wind. Might not be much water left by the end of the weekend

I fish that year around for trout.

Now Reds are a different story.

So far I have 2 willing victims to brave the cold for 2 of those days.

IN!

I'm thinking about doing a little fishing this weekend myself. Doubt I'll get out too early though.

From March-October I usually fish Bass, White Perch, White Bass or Redfish.

Nov-Feb I kill the trout.

I've never 'killed" the trout from mid-January through mid-February when the water temps are at it's lowest. Of course I could be doing something wrong... Or just not that mad at em

I've caught trout on days that Bass wouldn't bite because water temps were too low.

And yes I have caught Bass, Trout, Redfish and Flounder in the same hole, at the same time on the same bait. Once ...It was magical.

Go big or go home. Boat should be here in about a month, so it looks like ill be starting the year off with some cold arse fishing.

This can be done in Delacroix

Think I'm gonna make a night trip for some sacs under the lights, they should be on

exactly what I fish until water hits ~ 55* or colder.. Then they seem to bury themselves in the mud n get lock jaw... When ur catching trout with mud n worms on em... It's fricking cold
I've caught trout in mid January... Just never "killed" them. Of course our definition of killed could be quite different.

And AGP I go offshore during the summer... I know, it's such a shocker to you

I have a theory ab specks and offshore during winters that are extremely cold and they seem to "disappear" (like last year)
