No official announcement ter, but he is a consensus high first round pick. About as certain as you can get at this point.

I'd be BEYOND SHOCKED if he doesn't go and pulls an Andrew Luck to stay for another year. He's rated number four overall player in the country and will probably be a top 10 pick....I'd understand him leaving as I would leave for that money.
