Today's Big 12 game has the nation's eye, not the SEC. This game has always been an afternoon game.

Yeah, because I remember that when we played Georgia in '03 SEC Championship it was at night.

CBS gets better ratings with their regular programming.

4 pm EST on a Saturday in december is de facto primetime, plus no reason to go against three other games at 8--big ten championship, acc championship and okie state-okie.

The SEC title game will be the ONLY game on so that's better.

For the past 4-5 years, I've missed every LSU/Arkansas and SEC Championship game cause of work. So I feel your pain.
