I think I'd like a DB over a DE. The secondary is not good and we just drafted a DE last year.

pretty sure both those guys would play OLB at the professional level.

what is the Broncos biggest weakness on D? I don't get to watch them very much. weak/shallow d-line?

Well, I haven't really found one the past 4 or so games... The defense is actually winning our games for the first time since 2005. If I could find one, I'd probably say that their on the smaller side. Von Miller and Dumervil are quick, fast pass rushers. We may also be pretty weak at DT... And the secondary is getting old.

also, is there a replacement ready to step in for Champ Bailey when he's gone. I saw Mo Claiborne projected to go as high as #5.

Not the I know of, but I think we'll have him until he retires. He may eventually move to safety if he loses his speed. If we can't grab Manti Te'o, I'd be very happy with Mo. He's my second choice in this year's draft.

with him opposite of Andre Johnson

I get a football woody just thinking about this.

And I'd still rather have Jeffrey than Blackmon. From the games I've watched, JB has a pretty crappy attitude, takes plays off, etc.

He's just Dez Bryant 2.0, and the Texans don't do that

Cowboys - RGIII.

Romo is 31 years old and about to hit that brickwall where productivity slides. Pick up the home state kid (RGIII) who will be a good face for the franchise. The transition from Romo era to the RGIII era doesn't have to be abrupt.

We have some VERY pressing needs on offense, but with how we're "controlling" the clock and running, I say we improve our defense even more. We have a solid OLINE, Tebow at QB, Knowshon and McGahee at RB, and Decker/Royal/Thomas at WR. It's nothing great, but we're winning with it.

Is Elway, et al sold on Tim Tebow being the long-term quarterback? I think y'all have to answer that before the draft starts.

Matt Barkley seems Denver-bound, IMO.

See, they could be putting themselves in a very bad position.

Everything we know points to the fact that Tebow's success just isnt' sustainable.

BUT, he's winning games, and not just winning games, he's putting asses in seats.

If they keep winning and say, make the playoffs somehow, how can possibly draft someone else highly? The fans will absolutely lash out (even if it is the right decision).

Browns have 2 first round picks. We need a WR and RT bad. WR outside the potential of Greg Little is horrible. Josh Cribbs seems to think he is a #1 WR with all his complaining. Tony Pashos has been a swinging door at RT and is eventually gonna get Colt McCoy killed. I think both these players will be avail when the Browns draft

Michael Floyd - WR ND
Jonathan Martin -RT Stanford

Pittsburgh Steelers

Dont'a Hightower ILB University of Alabama
- Hightower possesses excellent size and speed for the ILB position. With James Farrior possibly in his last year and play declining, look for the Steelers to look to draft a ILB early in the Draft. While ILB never go high in the Draft, the Steelers will be picking at the back end of the First Round where Hightower should be available.

He's slow as frick, but he is huge...

I see him being a huge liabilty in coverage. He's a dominant run stopper, though.

Vikings (potentially looking as high as the second or third overall pick):

Plan A: Pay off teams to let the Colts win three games and result in the Vikings getting the top pick and acquiring Andrew Luck. Alternative, hope Manning comes back and reverts to old form instanteously.

Plan B: Get help on the O-line, wide receiving core, or secondary. They are all bad.

My top choices:
1. Blackmon
2. Kalil
3. Claiborne
4. Reiff

I want Blackmon the most. He is very easy to liken to Dez Bryant. That would be filthy in terms of potential and the amount of attention he would receive from the D is a plus. Percy would really benefit from having another receiver. Three great playmakers on that offense would be awesome. With Ponder's ability to escape the rush, maybe our O-line could wait a little.

Kalil is a very smart choice. Top lineman in the draft. If you get him, then you cannot go wrong with this type. I would think a very safe pick to be a very good player in the trenches in the NFL. However, I would prefer to slightly gamble with Blackmon.

Claiborne is the best secondary player in the draft. However, if the Vikings end up with the two or three, then I would either prefer to pick one of the above two options or to trade down about three or four in order to try to get Claiborne and nab an extra pick(s) in the draft. For the purpose of the Vikings, I really, really, really wish that Mathieu was going to the NFL next year.

Reiff would not be a bad pick. However, Kalil is a much better pick to me. Of course, this would be a more likely pick if the Vikings were to move down a few spots (via winning or trading picks).

Especially when you consider they would have to trade Tebow. There is no way they could justify keeping him if they draft a QB in the 1st round. It would be really bad for the locker room.

But if they win 9 or 10 games with Tebow starting this year, and the new guy comes in and plays like shite, which is probably going to happen since he will be a rookie....the reaction from the fanbase won't be pretty. Oddly, winning games has kind of painted them into a corner.

How will they acquire him? I would feel that Barkley is off the board long before Denver picks.

Great points about Tebow. Elway's in a tough, tough spot. He will no doubt bring in a QB to compete with Tebow and I feel sorry for whoever that QB turns out to be. It's a terrible spot to be put into. I've heard Elway really likes Matt Flynn
