Yup, going to the pros was a mistake, the pro game and the relationship between coach and players just doesn't fit Saban at all.
Which is why you'll not see him go back to the NFL. I'm thankful he did give it a try, LSU would most likely just kept rolling over us and there's no telling what idiot Mal Moore would have hired by now.

The day he announced he was leaving LSU I was totally
I was so happy he was leaving LSU.
