Watching the replay, it looked like Ware was used very similar to the Piere Thomas role for the Saints. Very good down-hill runner, good in pass protection, and came out of the backfield on routes several times.
Maybe we're just breaking tendencies with Ware.

I noticed this as well, he is finally getting open on screens and dump offs. This is where he is most effective, especially when he is in pass protection and can sneak out much like richardson
