Ware was a QB, he made the transition to bruising HB once at LSU. He has been successful at putting his head down and bulling out yards so that is what he prefers to do with the rock in his hand. In short he does what he knows what to do and what he feels he is good at. Hilliard is a true HB, he has played the position his whole football life. He is big and his leg strength is ridiculous, he has a pretty good eye for the cut back and just quick enough to make people miss. Hilliard runs smart but not afraid to bust you in the mouth when he needs too. I watched this kid in high school, after a fantastic Jr. season he let the LSU commitment buzz go to his head. He sucked as a Sr. and was not even the best RB on his team. I think he has been humbled at LSU and is now taking advantage to his opportunities. Hilliard will be a special Factor back in his tenure at LSU. Glad we got him!
