Sounds like an easy decision. Green has had either a TD or around 60 yards in most of the games this year.

Not that easy, Cleveland gives up least amount of FF points to WRs.

Because they are usually getting skullfricked and the other team is running the ball

Joe Haden's kinda good too

He's good when teams don't throw the ball, sure. He is the best player in that secondary, which isn't very good to begin with.
Cleveland has 282 pass attempts against, 31st in the NFL.
By comparison, Green Bay is 1st with 436 against.
The Giants are middle of the pack with 352.
There is a reason why teams like GB, SF, NE, DET, DAL, and NO are in the top 10 in passes against.
There is also a reason CLE, CAR, KC, INDY, WAS, JAX, STL are in the bottom 10.
You don't not play a player because they are playing CLE secondary... you sit them because they will likely be up and focusing on the run game

STL has played good passing offenses. PHI, NYG, GB, DAL, NO,
CLE has played some bad passing offenses. CIN, BAL, IND, MIA, OAK, TEN, SEA, SF, STL, JAX.
TEN is the highest ranked at 13th

But if they're getting killed by them wouldn't they be running.

How do you think they get up on teams like STL? Throw the ball, get up by 2 scores, then pound it.
There is a reason why Cleveland has the 3rd most rushes against and the 31st passes against.
