Given Ark's type of offense, would you rather have HB or Brooks start and/or get the majority of PT. I say Brooks. Am I off-base for suggesting this heresy.

Legit question. I would lean towards HB. Excellent tackler and I have a feeling that Arky is gonna dink and dunk.

I guess I don't understand this. Honey Badger makes plays, he's pretty good in coverage, tackles like a mofo, and is very good off the edge. I was on Brooks bandwagon a couple of years ago, but good lord people, Tyrann is head and shoulders better than Brooks.

Does it really matter? They are both good at what they do and what the coaches ask them to do.

Only LBs on the field would be Minter and Baker. 5 DBs. Taylor, Reid (hopefully), Claiborne, with Brooks, Simon and Mathieu rotating at the other two spots.

Yes.

I love what Brooks has done lately and even going back to the game TM7 sat out, but saying Brooks is better than TM7 deserves a big C'mon Man.

Do you think that HB is a better cover corner than Brooks?

yeah. Brooks is just good as a nickel/ dime back. there's a reason younger players were always passing him up at the CB spot.

if he can keep a play in front of him, he's fine. man coverage really isn't his thing though.

We need both, they are not going to run on us. Reid's health is major importance too.

You must not be watching Brooks since the Honey Badger was suspended, he has made more plays than the Badger.

Not sure I've seen enough pure corner play by either to give a judgement on that. But that doesn't really matter right now, neither is being asked to play pure corner.

Brooks has been lights out, but I think TM7 is the surer tackler. Still, like others said, both will be on the field together for most of the game so this is a non-issue.
