More over-rated team year in and year out: ND or OU?

Well, the only person who continually over-rates ND is Lou Holtz. Pretty much everyone else knows they suck.

Virginia Tech and Clemson belong in this group. At least OU and Va Tech only choke once or twice a year. They consistently win 10 games a year.

OU over-rated? Now that's funny, considering Oklahoma is at or near the top of most historical stats. You might want to take a look at where OU ranks preseason and where they usually end up postseason...pretty close to their preseason rank. That isn't considered being over-rated. Try again. Now if you want to speak on laying the yearly albatross egg...

Two bad seasons according to preseason rankings constitutes being over-rated? Ok. Outside of the three years in question, look at the rest. Pretty damn close, if you ask me.
