We punted twice - both in 1st half. We fumbled once - 1st half. It was 14-7 at half against Western fricking Kentucky.

Combination of things. Offense wasn't JJ's fault, but the problem was the staff is still trying to make him a pocket passing QB. You really didn't see the offense that JJ thrives in. Defensively the team was just flat. There was enough talent on the LSU side and in the second half it was obvious.
Looks like the staff was tinkering with the offense and it wasn't bad, but looked disjointed at times. Relied on big plays instead of consistent play. When Lee came in the game, the offense was just weird. I didn't think the staff did either QB's many favors last night.
