I love LSU, I love CLM, I love JL, JJ and all of the LSU Tigers...... period.

I just don't think JL has been treated fairly in the past two weeks compared to how JJ has been treated. I may be wrong...but that is the perception. I want the best for both of them and I am not the coach....but as a fan I have a right to my opinion.

Those of you insinuating that this is about race.... please shut the eff up...your making asses of yourselves.

Totally agree.

I am thrilled with how this season has turned out. When you think what could have been the morning after...well take your pick of what event. CLM deserves coach of the year in my opinion.

I'm looking forward to what the rest has in store. And I'm looking forward to having ONE efficient drop back QB next year.

been that way for 4 years no reason to change now.

Look at it on the bright side... only 3 or 4 more games to have to worry about it.
Then it will all be over.

So let me get this correct, the starting qb is struggling so he is pulled and the former starter is effective and we win the game against the No 2 team but you are upset because the coach is not being fair to the starter? Please tell us how he could have continued to play Lee last week and be fair to our chances of winning the game? I'll sit back and listen.

You aren't totally correct. I have heard racial comments on many occasions in regard to the QB situation. Is it the driving force of most of the negativity? I don't know. But to try to deny that it doesn't exist isn't true at all.

This is D-1 football....more players than QB's are treated unfairly so quit and deal with it. It doesn't justify a bunch of dumbasses putting down JJ. All the anger should be directed at coaches and not players.

I hear what you are saying. And I totally agree with you in every way. However........lets put it in perspective here. JJ, the player, the student, the young man has had his whole life turned upside down because of one nite. He basically had an incompetent police investigation in combination with joke of a DA's office drag his name and reputation in the mud on charge most legal experts and people familiar with the case think will NEVER go to trial and be dropped.

The man not only almost lost his starting job and place on the team he almost lost his freedom over this. Forget about the football stuff. This man could have served time. So forgive me if Im not shedding tears over JLee not getting enough playing time.

I think miles should have started JL. Let him get his rythym back we will need him for the next games.

It's not about fricking "fair." Not to individual players anyway. It's about what's fair to the fricking team and doing what's best to put the team in position to win. I think it's clear the coaches think Jefferson gives them that chance. You can disagree with that--that's valid. But all this crying over "fair" is just fricking bullshite. Nobody is "deserved" a fricking thing.

Most people feel like the offense is non-existent with JJ in the game. They don't hate him. He's a talented change up from the passing game of JL. However, if the fear is that LSU will lose in the critical games, if JJ is running the offense. Yes, LSU will win in spite of poor QB play, but it may look like 2010 or last night.

Last year, LSU was one decent QB away from another NC. I'm just hoping this year is not the same.

What is this, girl scouts? Flag football for 6 year olds? If he is so upset for getting benched after completing 5 passes against Alabama - 3 to LSU players and 2 to Alabama players - he needs to grow a sack.

Further, I trust Les Miles knows what is best for the team. We have no earthly idea what the practice week was like for the QB's. We have no earthly idea if Lee has been going to class.

honestly what business is it of yours? Why is the QB position special that JL and JJ can't rotate based on what it takes to win? Since we started rotating JJ and JL we are 21-2 so I'd say whatever miles is doing is working.

Treated unfairly

Get the f out of here. JL is like 2-7 and two picks last week and gets a standing ovation - JJ gets absolutely no applause nothing for last week. That's what pisses me off JJ is the one that is treated unfairly by the fans while they pretend Les Miles has some sort of vendetta against JL. I'm sure the people that believe this also believe we didn't land on the moon either. 10-0 JJ started and win the game last week. JL formerly nationally known as mr pick 6 turned his career around and we are (some of us at least) are enjoying greatness while remembering enduring the Lou Tepper years. Thanks to JJ, JL Les Miles, Every player on that team!
