I haven't seen where it was him that walked in on them. By all indications it appears that a grad assistant claims to have walked in on him and then called JoPa who claims he reported it to the administration. To most of us, that is not enough being that JoPa basically is the administration and everyone else in the world would have called the police.
Smells like a cover up.

This is how I feel. I would beat the shite out of my best friend/brother/dad if I ever heard of them doing such a thing. I would gladly turn their arse over to the cops. To think that JoePa (allegedly) let this guy continue to hold a camp after they found out is disgusting.
