Reid's interception, IMO, was the play of the game but it would be difficult to single out one player in this one.

^This. But it's hard to not say something about the kicking game. Just sayin'.

I love the smell of victory on Sunday mornings!

Special teams

Defense

Offense

Special teams made the difference, but the Reid interception was the key play in the game (in our favor). It took points off the board for Bama that likely would have been the difference in regulation.

Montgomery's sack of McCarron to put Bama's kicker behind the 8-ball in OT should also get honorable mention for play of the game as well as Mo's pick.

Reid, Ford, JJ, Mo.

Don't know for sure but I'd be will to be that Mo has allowed less completions to his man then PP7 had to this point last year. He is unbelievable.

he was better last year, too

pp was overhyped a bit, esp after he pulled the heisman pose

70+ yard punt...field position change from inside our 10 to inside their 20..yea he shanked one but four other kicks inside their 20, two inside the ten.

The Heisman pose was his downfall. I mean he was a beast but he dropped off after that.

I agree that it is Reid, then Wing. Before the interception I told my wife that Reid was having a great game--I loved his one-on-one tackle of Richardson--and then the interception cemented it. Wing is a close second--he is a superstar punter and will continue to be a great weapon for LSU.

Reid was the man. He tackled awesome, had the pick, caught the interception on the LSU 1 and was all over the field in general.

Ford was the offensive MVP. To average almost 7 yards per carry against that defense is unbelievable. He was extremely fast last night and Bama had no answer for him on the edge. Hell, he kind of looked like Cecil coming out of the backfield at full speed the few times we ran him up the middle. He had a little something extra last night that Bama wasn't ready for.
