Did we just remove TR from the Heisman race?

He'll be in New York. He still had over 100 all purpose yards, didn't he?

idk. he looked impressive to me. I hadn't really watched him all year. if he put together a heisman season before this, to me, this game did not put him out of the running. but wtf do i know. i only won one heisman.

No, the dude is the best running back in the SEC if not the country. He can run and catch.

Considering he was pretty damned awesome last night, I must say no.

The guy was still a freaking beast. Maybe people with little football acumen missed that or those that didn't watch but he still was a feaking beast.

he lost the heisman tonight

if he had a big showing in OT against us then he would win it easily

AU will make sure he doesn't get it when he is shut down in JHS. The REC bought Ingram's in '09 but thanks to LSU's D, the price will be too steep for Richardson.

Except when it counts. Catching that ball in OT woulda went a long way to winning the game & really help his Heisman chances.

Of course going into the game I was thinking Luck had the inside track. Trent did nothing last night to sway that opinion.

He had about as many receiving yards as he did rushing yards so his net yards from scrimmage was over 160 yards. It was quite obvious he was the best player on the field for both teams. That should be enough to keep him firm in the Heisman race.

IF you watched that game and think TR sucks then you don't know much about football. Where was he supposed to run the ball? Our run D played as well as a run D can play IMO.

Probably not. He still did ok against a very damned good defense.

He is the best RB in college ball hands down...but I think it is going to a QB this year....
