Me and a few of my friends had the idea of setting up a couple tents to sleep in Friday night. We were thinking somewhere by the RV parking. Anybody done this before or have any advice? Can you even do this?

When we went in '07, we had a couple people sleep in a tent right next to where we parked our RV in the free RV parking lot near Target.

My suggestion would be to camp out near a group of LSU fans.

The RV lots are a long way from the stadium; might wanna try the Central High School lot or Boy Scout lot; both on 15th street and about a half-mile from the stadium. Lots don't open until 7 a.m. but if they're not fenced off, set up and pay the man when he gets there.
