Doesn't it seem ridiculous that Conference USA was always considered not worthy of a getting an automatic BCS birth, but the Big East has retained its BCS status by slowly raiding a bunch of Conference USA schools over the last several years? I guess if Houston, ECU, SMU, UCF, and Memphis don't join, the Big East will retain its BCS status by inviting UAB, UTEP, and Marshall.

Isn't it odd that the B1G is intent on taking AAU schools...of which Notre Dame is not a member?
