He's probably right.
Luck has the luxury of playing weak PAC-12 defenses every game. It gives him the appearance of a can't miss QB.
Everyone claims that John Elway was the highest rated QB to ever come out of college in recent memory, but he (Elway) is not in the Top 5 NFL QBs in the last 30 years.
