I don't hate to say it. Saban is not the better coach or Au would not have beat Bama last year...24-0 and lose. How can that make him a better coach? At LSU he would play too conservative. Miles pounds the D with a great running game to build up the score and run the time out.

Miles is a much better coach than Saban. Look at the distractions LSU has had this season and to be ranked # 1 is unbelieveable.......

You'd trade the two if given the chance? Not being sarcastic, it's a legit question. Because at this stage I wouldn't swap.

At this point, Les should be in any conversation for National Coach of the Year for 2011.

i disagree. there are some things saban does better than miles and vice versa. both have had their meh moments and their brilliant moments. they both run their respective programs as good as there is in the country. one could say that saban is better at turning programs around and while i agree he's damn good at it, the programs he turned around were prime for it. give him the university of houston, duke, temple, etc he's not the second coming.
