Paranoia over stat corrections

I am up 100-90, he's done and I have Colston left...I've seen some players adjusted like 3 whole points before
Debating sitting Colston but is there ANY way those stats get corrected by a difference of 11 points and I lose? Am I just a paranoid puss?
