Now that OU and Wisconsin lost does this setup a BAMA/LSU rematch

for NC if both teams win the rest of their games?
I know Stanford, OSU, and Boise St. are undefeated but I think it could happen. OU beats OSU and Stanford gets beat by Oregon.

boise should not get it over any legit 1 loss team.

And who beats Boise?

No rematch. No matter how it turns out, LSU gets its shot at Bama and vice versa November 5th. Both teams have two weeks to get ready. No excuses.

1 loss LSU/BAMA with a loss to one of the other will get in over undefeated Boise.

Why not?
So Oregon would get in over LSU??
OU who got beat at home by a 20 point Dog?
Wisconsin who only has played 1 good team all year and lost?
Boise who doesn't play anyone?

it's possible!
Especially if Arky continues to improve and is ranked really high when we play them

I agree, the way those winey asses keep on acting like Boise is legit, I love for LSU to meet Boise........ It would look like they were playing thier little brothers football team. I promise they have faced nothing even close to what the Tigers would put on the field... and finally settle the whole Boise St. issue

Imagine we come out of t-town with a tie. What happens then?
Posted on 10/23/11 at 8:28 am to Walkontiger
Can't tie in college football anymore..

Clemson is the one that may mess up a rematch

Really? Thought overtime is limited to a certain number of periods.

Clemson is the team that few are talking about. Those Tigers seem to be a team on a mission, and there really isn't anyone left on their schedule that should scare them.
Then again, I didn't think Texas Tech had any shot at OU. Oh man, I can just see the pained expression on Bob Stoops' face right now. Sweet!!!

Can someone clarify if a tie is still possible in CFB?

Too much football to be played to even contemplate this right now. Think 2007....
