You people are really reaching now. Plain and simple, its illegal and it is a violation written into the student athlete handbook, end of story.

The question is: why is it written into the student athlete handbook? We don't test for every illegal activity. That is what we are trying to answer.

no one is saying they should or shouldnt but if given the choice, y would a major program do it?

It's also against the rules to take benefits and we all know that every major program is giving something to star recruits or at least turning a blind eye to boosters who do so.

Major programs consistently turn blind eyes to all types of negative behavior and keep stuff on the QT just to keep star players on the field and win games.
