It's going to be Salsalaya, a spicy hot new eatery with a Mexican-Cajun infused menu.

There is a new restaraunt opening around the corner on railroad Ave called Orleans on the avenue. Planning on trying it soon, will come back with feedback.

Me thinks someone is really exagerating the usage of the word "upscale".
Post the website and/menu if you find it.

"upscale for Plaquemine" would be more accurate.

Upscale in Plaquemine means you can leave your tray on the table when you leave.
