49ers vs Lions

I'm taking the niners in this one. I think Detroit is due for a let down on a short week after an emotional win. In addition, this will be the best defense Detriot has faced yet this season.

I think the 49ers are going to win, but I want the Lions to.

Alex Smith to Vernon Davis is virtually unstoppable right now. Go 9ers.

Detroit isn't exactly "East Coast."

No but it's Eastern Time Zone/Same Point.

Then again, Detroit will be playing on one less day rest after an emotional win on Monday Night.

Matt Stafford to Calvin Johnson is literally unstoppable right now.

Niners already 2-0 in these games this season.

I fondly remember telling myself this while picking the Giants to beat the Seahawks in Survivor last week.

Alex Smith has long been the missing piece to that puzzle, he's playing well, they're both talented on both sides of the ball but I'm experience over flash, 49ers for the win here.

In San Fran, the edge would have to go to the Niners. Ford Field's crazy, and Lions fans will be crazy on Sunday like they were on Monday Night. No letdown at home, Lions win a close one.

You are living in the past, my friend. This year the west coast teams have done far better in the east coast 1:00 p.m. games. Seattle handled the Giants, Raiders beat the Texans(if you're counting central time zone as east coast, which you must be because Detroit is in central time zone), 49ers beat the Bengals, and 49ers beat Philly (Back to back east coast 1:00 p.m. starts).
