I agree with your point on exposure. My wife's friend is from New Jersey, and she has become a Tiger fan by dating another Tiger up here and watching LSU practically every week kicking arse on TV. I love having more fans, even developing into a national brand would be pretty awesome.
Coincidentally, we are also in the DC area. We'll have to check out Rooftop & 18th Amendment.

I've read something in the past saying the LSU - ALA game is not traditionally picked to be at prime time because CBS would be pitting the game head to head with a world series game.
I think that is a big reason the prime time game is always in october.
