TIMES-PICAYUNE METRO FOOTBALL RANKINGS
LARGE SCHOOLS
1. St. Paul’s (6-0) 5A’s top-ranked team adds to its resume with first shutout of season vs. Salmen.
2. Jesuit (6-0) Blue Jays close against their four toughest foes: Franklinton, Br. Martin, Rummel, West Jeff.
3. Rummel (5-0) Raiders’ first regular-season meeting vs. West Jeff carries huge ramifications in 9-5A.
4. West Jefferson (5-1) Brother Martin, turnovers should deliver wake-up call to Buccaneers.
5. East St. John (4-2) Darion Monroe, Deszman Broussard are one extraordinary pass-catch tandem.
