quote:
“I like the idea that we’ve played quality opponents and had the earnest to really gain the advantage and then withhold the opportunity to let them recover, especially in the beginning, and we did that,” LSU coach Les Miles said.

"The honey beaver will chase down cobras, climb trees, dig into beehives and get stung....it's a creature that has a certain fearlessness, and I think it's apropos, that those characteristics certainly describe 7."

Miles starting to like the concept of sending the message.

I got into a heated arguement yesterday with a guy who was claiming Miles was stupid. ( you know the usual ) I am convinced he does this to keep the attention, spotlight, and attention off his players as much as possible. It keeps the pressure off and keeps the players loose. If you watch Miles on a regular basis their are rare times when you can tell he speaks from the heart. Like when he defended Jefferson last week and the press confrence after he turned down michigan for the second time. Both times he spoke normal, with passion and without any Milesisms. Most of the world thought he was a idiot ( me included for awhile ) for along time, but I think college football is catching on.
