So now the Big East invites basically all of CUSA East, right? UCF, ECU, maybe Memphis...

It depends how hamstrung the football side of the conference is by the non-basketball side of the conference.
It also depends on how much they're willing to become C-USA circa 2004, as they may end up with Louisville, Cincy, South Florida, East Carolina, Houston, Southern Miss, Tulane, etc.
