If they don't get #14, Mizzou or WVU? Let's assume SEC does not go to 16.

WVU....hopefully 15 or 16

WVU for sure. My time spent with the average Mizzou grad/fan has led me to the assumption that most of them are just bandwagon fans occupying their time in between Cards, Chiefs or Rams games. Living in Springfield, I never came across many die hards like you do up in West Virginia. Those guys are just nuts.

WVU playing in the big 12 really isn't to appetizing.

Will that be WVU's only option if the SEC doesn't come calling?

Their only chance at a stable conference is the SEC because it doesn't seem like the ACC would even consider them. Mizzou has more options due to their resources and central location.

WVU. But had it happened to A&M, Texags would have had to shut down a few days.

True. Mizzou football not even the most popular sport in the state. Hell people are more excited about the Cards playoff games coming up than Mizzou football or conference expansion.

Idk.. This state is so used to being disappointed so it's more like we are Charlie Brown and have come to expect the worse.

My hope is we take Mizzou as the 14th, then WVU and Virginia Tech as the 15th and 16th. Both WV and VT have two year opt-outs to wait out before they can join.

WVU and the BE 27 month clause is about to be out the window and VT just needs to fork up the cash

VA Tech won't leave UVA though.

I agree that for the time being, ACC teams are out of the question. I really think it's between Mizzou and WVU.

Never gave it any serious consideration , but if Mo is tired on the TU bs, the BigE is not a bad fit athlectly or academically. Add Mo & EC & the conference is saved.
