He needs to show leadership by going to the coaches, Miles, Kragthorpe, etc., and tell them this is his team and that he wants to finish what he has started. I think that would go a long way.

I think miles has already told him it's his team so I don't see him going back to miles and saying it's my team

I'm all for Lee showing leadership, but him going to the coaches and telling them it's his team is not good leadership. That sounds more like a spoiled 7 year old rather than a leader....

I'm sure lee and the coaches were blindsided complelty by this turn of events and had no anticipaton that this woudl happen.
