I think this isn't real. No way we lose MSU from the schedule and keep 2 games from the East.

How can a divisional opponent be left off the schedule??

I thought the SEC conf. rules state that everyone has to play everyone else in there side of the conf.....

Im sure SCarolina could be replaced with MSU since we also have UK and UF on that schedule

sec office really does hate lsu. take a team off the schedule that hasnt beat us twice in 20 years and replace them with a top 10 team.

Yeah, even if we go (temporarily) to 13 teams, and have it imbalanced 7 W and 6 E, there will be either another addition in the East (Ga Tech, FSU, Clemson, etc.) OR SEC pulls the trigger on Missouri and we have to do realignment - Bama or Auburn go East.
It's not going to be pretty, but it will be fun to watch.
Don't get excited, since we're going to 16, whichever one moves will move back in 4 or 5 years.

LSU and FLorida athletic departments both lobbying for permanent removal of the annual rivalry game.
