As an Okla fan, happy LSU now wears the No. 1 target. But no way Sooners should've dropped. More explosive. OU scored 28 straight last nite.

I'm hoping OK takes it back. Everyone would prefer to be #2 until the end of the season.
The top 3 are so seperated from #4 it doesn't even matter the order.

Well I don't think there should ever be a microphone in front of Skip,s mouth. For his sake, its good that everyone is entitled to their own opinion

I agree that the top 3 rankings right now don't really make any difference in the long run, but it's nice to have the extra exposure, the added press time, etc. And it surely helps in recruiting to a certain degree. These players know what's at stake and you can bet your arse that they want a BCS championship way more than any fan. They just gotta keep winning and they know this

Wait a minute. This is the first time we've been ranked #1 since the final ranking for 2007. It is the first time in my lifetime we've been ranked #1 before the final poll. I want to enjoy this while it lasts.
