WVU fans thought's

Wasn't at the game, watched it at a bar with no sound. Been lurking this board for weeks, I love it (a few of my BGN posts have actually been quoted here). Any who, was just approved so here are my thoughts...
#1 TM7 is the real deal Holyfield. I haven't felt this way about a played since Tebow, guy was around the ball at all times. I couldn't care less about the trash talking, it's a conditioning thing, if you're hot stuff eventually you know it. If you want to shut up said player... do it.... we couldn't. For the record though you can be flagged for shite talking as I saw someone in another thread act like you couldn't, it's a very real rule and knowing the NCAA they love to break rules out at inopportune times (see Locker and his ball toss in the end zone a few years back v USC).
#2 Was too hammered to notice if Holgerson was pissy towards hurt LSU players. Pardon our fans though, on the one hand we have the a-holes, on the other hand we had a coach for 3 years who used to act like the other team was the '85 Bears when we would lose, it's a bit nice to see a level of fire. Also (again still sloshed) the whole no-huddle "cramps" thing did occur to me after a week of ESPN indoctrination, so go easy, I'm not so sure your fans wouldn't feel the same nor anyone else who watched an hour of ESPN this week.
#3 Defense aren't world beaters but offense aren't slouches. This is why I think you guy's are MNC contenders (not because you beat our asses) but because your team adjusts to it's needs. All week we heard that the game would be won and loss on WVU offense and LSU defense, what would you know? It was vice versa. A good team tries to fill it's deficiencies, a great team compensates for it on the other side of the ball.
#4 Was I that hammered or was Kraft there?
#5 I hope LSU fans had a great time, i'm a recent grad and even in my short time at WVU I saw such a tremendous change in fan demeanor. WV is unique, I'm not from there (a Yankee city slicker) but every time a friend or relative makes a joke about it I laugh, not because it's funny but because I know they don't really understand what they're missing out. It disappointed me to see LSU fans degrade themselves by making "redneck" jokes, not trying to be a d-bag, but let's just say in the eyes of the country WV is in the south's boat. I never got the "hick" trash talk from GA, LA and AL fans because I figured they of all people would get that whole stereotypical slant.
#5 I DON'T KNOW IF I MENTIONED IT BUT I'M HAMMERED
#6 IT'S INDEED MY BIRTHDAY
#7 This is going to close out my post, and damn will it seem like brown nosing but it's the truth. 3 years ago AU fans came to MoTown, they acted like we were a modern day Sodom and Gamora. 2 years ago I ventured down to AU, I enjoyed my time there but the whole time 2 things stuck out. Firstly they constantly had to remind me how they were more polite fans than we were (apparently irony is lost on them). And secondly they constantly told us LSU fans were the worse, one woman told me she had a beer dumped on her kids at a baseball game at LSU. Oddly enough I thought to myself "Now these sound like the tigers I need to be partying with", seriously the more stories I heard the more it sounded like like the wild BS tales spun about WVU, so it was on. I've got to say, no BS, I've never seen a fan base sack up like the LSU Tigers. Typically they bitch and moan about taunting and whatever, but damn if you Tigers didn't just taunt us back harder. A few jack-holes on each side got sand in their va-jay-jay's (some of ours made not even clever t-shirts) but for the most part we whipped out our fan wieners and measured that shite. I dig that LSU... homo allowed.

Did you make this absurd statement on BGN?
If so, end yourself.

LSU isn't that good though. They're all about luck and turnovers. We had them beat at 21-27, but that blown special teams coverage killed it...
If so, end yourself.

MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT TO YOU

But the real question of the night snogs... Are you really hammered? Clearly you were coherent enough to post, so I am not convinced. Now go have a few more shots and make us believe!

Looks like they're about to play doubles beach volleyball circa 1988

I was at the game here are my thoughts
1.) You guys are better and straight beat us
2.) In addition to that, we beat ourselves pretty badly
3.) No one in the Big East should stop us or Geno
4.) WVUs pass protection impressed me
5.) Louisiana's own Dustin Garrison was the only small spark in our run game
6.) Our D can't tackle
7.) WVU will always make WVU mistakes in these games
8.) I wish I could play you guys every year, it was fun and saw a sh*t ton of LSU fans being welcomed and having a good time.

I have work in the morning so I'm just going to pass out. If you all need entertainment in the meantime check out BGN's annual meltdown, I've been told it rivals Tiger Rants post loss melt down.

Dude. Great post. You did brown nose a bit, but for the most part, you are right. We are lucky to have a truly legit title contender. Our offense is the truth as is our defense. And apparently, with Brad Wing, so is our special teams.
As to the fans, we have our fair share shitheads. Trust me. I've witnessed it. But we do have a strong passion for our team and we do, on the large, know our football. And I also feel like when respect is due, we give it. Geno had a great game, but I do think that LSU gave a bunch of underneath routes and that the announcers and many fans of WVU don't quite understand the LSU defensive game plan.
That said, I've always respected WVU. They play true, hardnosed football.

I forgot to add a couple
9) your punter is good
10) Pat Miller (our CB) is atrocious!
not brown nosing, I was just impressed, even though we lost I dont feel so bad...it was a fun game andwe had a lot of positives even though we had a lot of negatives too, If we can throw for 450+ yards and have Geno breaking records against what many are calling the best defense in years...I cant wait to see what we do to lets say...Rutgers or Syracuse

One last thought before sleep. A thing that has somewhat irked me is a few LSU fans are laughing at WVU fans being PO'd at turnovers and yet pissed at the lack of LSU to convert that PAT and catch that TD. For my monet (holla French impressionists) those are in the same category, turnovers in the way WVU had them are self inflicted as are the LSU mis-steps, you can't be pissy at the one with out the acknowledgment of the other.
Also I agree about Geno, kid has ice in his veins. I know he got a lot of flack for his performance last year but keep in mind he was a freaking true sophomore in death valley and still had his team within six. If you ask me he's got some pro potential, he can fit that ball into a window. I would say he's one of the better QB's you'll see, also Tavon Austin is a diesel slot receiver. That guy is a slippery mofo. I hope we end up in BCS bowl game, will be sure to check back in if we don.

There was nothing there to keep RR2 from catching the damn ball, however, the LSU D was all the frick over WV making shite happen. Good defenses cause offenses to hurt themselves, and that's what it was.
