What player does he most resemble as far as projecting into the next level?

Hear me out I think he compares to (pre-@sshole version)of Pac Man Jones. Pac Man was a VERY special player. Drafted top 10 if I remember correctly. Guy was a playmaker. I think he and TM7 share the same skill set. Regardless of size TM is due for a big deal in 2, but hopefully 3 years.

If they could combine the DNA of Ronnie Lott, Deion Sanders, Bob Sanders, and Troy Polamalu it would be Tyrann Mathieu. He's the Serpentor of college football.

Tm7 reminds me of Geronimo ! Geronimo wasn't that big, but he was big enough! Tm7 instinct and heart are just unmatched on the field.

he reminds me so much of eric berry. hes smaller, of course. and we use him as a strong saftey/ SLB/ CB, but the way he makes plays all over the field and plays bigger than hes listed... eric berry

i think hes a late 1st rounder in a year and a half

The problem is that we really don't know how good TM7 is as a pure cover corner, and we may never know that b/c he is so good as a nickel back or "rover" in college. He has amazing instincts and is at his best when he can improvise and read the offensive scheme. Cornerbacks don't do that in the pros. They are primarily used to cover WRs. Therefore TM7's best attributes don't necessarily translate into the pro game. This is why his success as a pro is uncertain at this time.

You people realize that TM7 weighs around 175 lbs and is about 5'9" and would need to gain about 20-25 lbs to even think about playing safety in the pros?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that pretty much what Free Safety's do in the NFL?

What does Bob Sanders weigh? Where will TM be in two more years in terms of weight? BTW...I already love him, but if he actually becomes Bob Sanders at some point, I'll come on myself repeatedly.
