Given the facts of this case and the chance of winning, Hillar has a choice. He can nolle pros it, or he can let the grand jury decide if there is a case.

Hillar is going to present both sides to the grand jury. That is the wise, ethical, and honest thing to do

Do you think he would present this evidence to a grand jury if it wasn't JJ involved? I would think he would have kicked it back to BRPD saying he doesn't have enough evidence in normal circumstances but I don't know how much evidence he has either.

so you're completely throwing out the idea that Jefferson did nothing wrong because you're trying to compare the situation to the OJ case.

Oh..yea..the police arrested JJ because one person out of 25 said JJ kicked the guy....get a life..
Oh..by the way...I do not see in your thread saying JJ/Josh are innocent..Hmmmmmm..Ah...Josh..did it..Oh..I get it..

Ungelsby said the DA has nothing but plaintiff witness testimony (4), vs 25 defense, not all football players. No physical evidence, so not sure how you peg this involvement.
Hillar just doesn't want to deal with this is the reason for pushing to GJ, imo.
