I'm the guy that posted that Wing was involved.

He got punched by Lowery.

Now, if getting punched were a crime . . .

It's going to be interesting when JJ and JJ are asked under oath if they did what they are charged with. If they claim no, but state they were present, they will be asked then who did it since they were obviously there.

Someone, and almost certainly a player, did fracture the vertebrae of a "victim" in this case. Almost certainly a player kicked Lowery in the head while he was down. If the pussies won't up to it and are letting JJ and JJ take the fall, who is honestly the most pathetic in this case? Think about that.

The Grand Jury will hear the case and make their decision, but anyone buying what Unglesby says on radio shows as the facts is hilarious. I doubt he even brings up 25 witnesses total much less 25 claiming JJ wasn't involved in the fight at all while they are under oath.

ok, cool. So, youre saying that a bar full of LSU players let their teammate take a punch, and they were ok with it and they all just went home and went nighty-night?

i think its a lot more likely they whipped some arse, dont you?

again, not from a legal standpoint... im just a little suprised that some folks actually think no LSU players were involved.

The only people who know all of the facts of this case are the Detectives assigned the case, Hillar Moore and the ADA assigned the case. Everyone else who is posting about the facts, do not know all the facts.

That's the fricking point. The legal perspective is what we are looking at this from now.

From a legal perspective this fiasco is a goddamn joke. It's a shite case with shaky evidence and shitty witnesses that wouldn't have gone anywhere were it not for the alleged involvement of the QB and other players on a NC (possible) football team and a kicked "Marine" that turned out to be a 100 kiloton douchebag out of uniform.

Maybe there is evidence that solidifies the charges that the public isn't privy to but I doubt it.

This is independent of who I want to start as QB for my football team.

They don't have to answer that question. Or they could simply answer "I don't know."

You do know that Johns and Jefferson have not been charged with that crime? These charges are based on Lowery's injuries.

They heard from at least 16 witnesses today. So its not like only the victims are testifying.

It's just fun watching you unravel. First you try to be all witty, then you get sarcastic and then you get all psycho. You're such a roller coaster of emotions.

Not really.

The elite detectives of the BRPD didn't even interview the bar employees prior to handing the file to the DA.

Too busy playing CSI with taxpayer's money.

WTF.... if he did nothing then how did he put his self in this position, for breaking curfew? How many players were out there again. This fan base is unbelievable. Public pressure to vilify this kid is what happened. Plain and simple.

Being there; seeing what happened; seeing who did it; and being able to identify the person who did it are all different things.

The physical evidence does not implicate Jefferson.
The DNA does not implicate Jefferson. The video does not implicate Jefferson. Juries love physical evidence.

I doubt he brings them all forward. Their testimony is duplicative. He's far more likely to bring some of them forward and offer the statements of the rest of them.

I haven't seen anyone wanting him to go to prison. I have seen plenty of people that are enjoying watching our offense for the first time in several years and hoping we have seen the last of him at QB.

so just throw the guy under the bus because you don't like the way he plays QB. i really hate our fanbase sometimes

It's gonna be quashed. Not enough evidence to convict. 49 pairs of shoes says JJ didn't do it.

So you believe that breaking curfew justifies the cops, lawyers, etc?

That is what I am talking about, you don't even know if that is true or not, yet you have no problem talking as if you do.

So this thread turned into a pissing match between lawyers claiming that the other lawyers don't know shite?

Just for the record, do any of you have any inside knowledge of this case? Do you know the other victims' names or what they've claimed? Lastly, do y'all know if any hearsay was presented to the GJ today?

And yes, y'all are under oath.

"It's gonna be quashed. "

They return a "no true bill."

Quashing is what happens to an indictment. There hasn't been an indictment.
