claims an inside source, sounded legit for what it's worth. Source told him, Missouri will be 14th and Oklahoma and Oklahoma state will be 15th & 16th.

i heard that call too and he did sound somewhat sane and believable.
if this works out, i'll feel a lot better about sec expansion.
