Thought the whole thing was pretty good except for the Dunn joke.
Thought it was very classless; hasn't even been 3 months yet. Wouldn't mind seeing it censored out.

the point is the joke was terrible. she brought up dunn's death to be edgy but the punchline was 0 payoff at all. if you are gonna throw out my best friends death in my face you better come up with something better than "we were thinking why couldn't it be u?"
not like a lot of people wanted steve-o to die or would choose steve-o to die over dunn.
cheap punch line over best friends death = lame. i'm still not sure the joke had a punchline

i agree. and i normally dont give a frick about that kind of thing but its one of his best friends dying. glad she got a few laughs out of it

To those that say she is justified because Amy Winehouse's death was also joked about.
If Amy Winehouse's best friend was on stage and blindsided by that, i'd have a problem with it too.
Also should be noted that there was a backhanded compliment towards Amy Winehouse in that joke.

Do you think Ryan Dunn would have cared?

Me thinks he does!

people will say its a roast so anything goes... but if someone made fun of my best friends death in any way 2 months after he died i would frickin leave. i'm sure ryan dunn would appreciate some bitch he never met using his death to roast his best friend.
i still dont know what the punchline of the joke was besides "u were friends with ryan dunn and he's dead"

Overall this roast was really funny. Patrice O'Neal calling Shatner an a-hole was great. O'Neal's back and forth with Anthony Jeselnik had me laughing too.
Seth Macfarlane was surprisingly really funny as roast master this year.

I just saw his hour-long standup special the other night. His schtick is more or less race relations role-reversal and riffing off of the audience.
His podium time for the roast was very much a "go with what you know" bit. I'm fairly sure he went in with very little prep and based his commentary completely on what he saw of each presenter. I thought he did a great job.
Schumer was Holy Sh*t good.

You people are pussies.
She actually was saying that she wish it wasn't dunn that had died.
Eta: dunn died because he was driving 100+ while drunk and killed a friend of his. It's not like his death was a noble one deserving of anyone's respect.

DVr'd it and just listened to Schumer's part a little while ago.
Holy. shite.. She killed it
If anyone whines about any joke at a roast, not only should your mommy monitor more closely what you watch but

I didn't even see it, and have only read the posts on this page, and that much seems apparent. I love how people want these comedians to be over-the-top assholes, but then complain when they go "too far." If Geraldo was alive and had told that joke, people would be like "AWWWW shite he fricked Steve-O good on that one!!"
ETA: I'm curious...what was Steve-O's reaction/demeanor when that joke was told?
ETA2: Nevermind, just caught it on youtube. It was fine IMO. He looked a little caught off guard, but that's to be expected. It was a good joke. Also, why the frick was Steve-O there in the first place? He's not a comedian. And Mike fricking Tyson? frick you, Comedy Central.

Yeah, see my second edit...just watched the clip.

He looked a little sad. Even seemed to be teary eyed. But later you realize his eye was watering from his "tyson punch"
I will say, he isn't a comedian so I wouldn't expect him to enjoy a like like that as much as a comedian would.

Actually, according to his wikipedia page, he is now

In November 2010, Steve-O began touring the United States performing stand-up comedy on what he called "Steve-O's Entirely Too Much Information Tour".

And from Steve-O's blog:

I should explain how this happened. I told Charlie Sheen that I was so grateful to be a part of his roast that I was going to attempt to get a black eye from Mike Tyson. I dove face-first into Mike Tyson's fist, although it was my forehead that landed on it that first time. It wasn't until the end of the show that I was allowed to give it another proper try. It took two more tries at the end of the show, but I ended up getting it done. As a matter of fact, I broke my nose badly in the process, it was in a whole new spot on my face. As a cameraman filmed blood pouring out of my nose, a guy in the crowd came over and told me he could set my nose straight right there on the spot. I couldn't believe it, it hurt like hell, but he managed to pop the bone right back into place. That's so awesome, I think my nose will actually wind up straighter than it's been since Bam Margera broke it on the set of Jackass 3D. What a great deal, I get to say that I got two black eyes and a broken nose from Mike Tyson, and I'm going to come out of it looking better than I did before it happened. Yeah dude!
