ACC prob goes after UConn and Rutgers to get to 16.

For whatever reason, the ACC is focused on basketball expansion...which may push a football-focused team out...hmmmmm

That's crap. The Big East has been practically begging Villanova to upgrade their football program for years so they could join in football. This is a Hail Mary from Villanova because they know their conference is going to shite.
Part of the Big East's downfall is due to the conference lacking identity with their basketball only and football only members. The ACC would never consider having basketball-only members.

This is what I'm thinking. Looks like the OU game sparked a fire in the FSU fanbase, seeing what Doak can be like for big games, and with the ACC focusing on basketball, I would start expecting some booster pressure on the admin to jump ship to the SEC.
ETA: I'd be willing to bet THIS is why they called for the formation of that committee.

I would say UConn pretty good b-ball school.

I would say UConn pretty good b-ball school. Now Rutgers on the other hand.
Just because Snookie is showing them some leg doesn't mean the ACC is going to take her home.

Zero chance a team without a football team gets an ACC bid.
