Running Game with FB Leading

So far the running game with FBs leading the way, albeit against small DLs, looks more impressive than it has in many years (better than Q Johnson).

I really don't see anyone, but Bama of course, being able to contain this formation.

This might be more exciting to me than the defensive speed.

Very important facet of this team is the continued good play of our fullbacks. Particularly against a Bama team with a lot of strength at linebacker.

It does look good. I just hope we have more than just the turn around and pitch. !!

I have been critical of the continued use of traditional one-dimensional fullbacks, and have lobbied for a Ware-Ford I-formation backfield, but Stampley is so ridiculously good that I have changed my mind. He's playing so well that I just can't justify taking away what he's doing.

Anyone ever heard this guy talk? He's a freak of nature in the weightroom but I have a hard time believing he can even spell his own name.
