No, Boise will be left out. The Pac 10 will never lower themselves to associate with that glorified junior college. Boise State is one of, if not the worst, academic institution in FBS.

No major conference will pick them because they only have a football team. They play in no other sport like baseball and basketball.

This is very wrong. The lack baseball, that is it.
