Does C-USA move to 16 teams to try and dominate the people not invite to the 64 party?
Does the Big 12 survive the loss of Texas, Texas A&M, OU, Okie State? Add Houston, SMU, ____, ____.

There should be 56 teams leftover, right? 120 in FBS?
Add 8 teams from FCS and have their own 4 super conferences? Obviously after taking the Big12 scraps

Big 12 can go after Boise St, BYU, Southern Miss, Houston, SMU, Memphis, Louisville, TCU, Tulane, and several others.
