Expansion Derailment

Vandy, a school that abolished its athletic department, starts pissing and moaning that they don't want to expand the SEC. But in the end does opt for party unity.
Baylor and ISU initially agree to waive all legal actions and then renege on their promise.
Three of the lamest football schools in the nation have thwarted the will of the SEC - at least for the time being.
I'd laugh if this were not so sad.

Couldn't agree more, my poultry pal. Who woulda thunk it?

I'm glad someone is standing up for reason! The SEC is fine as is. Let everyone else go to 16 teams - we'll still have the best conference in football.
IMO, if we expand, it should be to supplement basketball. North Carolina and Kansas would be my top choices, followed by NC State, Clemson, and Virginia Tech.

You're not entitled to an opinion. Arkansas and South Carolina are still the newly adopted red headed stepchildren.
Win the SEC and then we'll talk.

This.
If anything it's to break out of this bargain bin TV deal the SEC is currently locked in for the better part of the next two decades.
