Aggie Fans - Impatient for the SEC announcement?

It has become clear to me that our lack of a Waffle House is the last step before we receive an invitation to join the SEC. Go to SEC country. You can't drive three miles and not see at least one Waffle House.
To that end, some of us on Texags.com have organized and started an email campaign for the Waffle House to build a new location in Bryan/College Station. Such an announcement will make certain our place in America's premier athletic conference.

Email jeffcole@wafflehouse.com and demand a Waffle House in Aggieland. My email below:

Hi Jeff,
My name is dabo man, and I live in Bryan, TX. I went to Texas A&M University, and I work for the same school. If you are a college sports fan, then you will know that we have told the Big 12 conference that we plan to leave that conference at the end of June 2012. The rumors are that we will join the Southeastern Conference. We are waiting for an invitation, and for all of us who are big Aggie fans, the wait has taken an eternity.
I drove to Tallahassee, FL in June. By the time I got to the Mississippi border, I realized that there was a Waffle House every two or three miles. We don't have a Waffle House in Bryan/College Station. I have become convinced that the SEC is waiting until we have secured a Waffle House to invite us into their conference. I therefore request that a Waffle House be built in Bryan or College Station, TX.
I promise you that I am not someone who is going to go there once and not like it. I know firsthand that there is no better food on earth when it's 2 AM and your body is full of alcohol. Heck, it's great sober too.
Please, please, please build a Waffle House in Bryan/College Station! It will improve the lives of thousands of Aggie sports fans.
Sincerely,
dabo man
Bryan, TX

Seriously the B/CS area has a sufficient population to support at least one Waffle House.
BTW, I remember driving along Highway 90 in MS about two years after Katrina. Everything else was wrecked but the three Waffle Houses I saw were in full operation.

I remember eating at the old wafer egoist... - wait, I just typed "waffle house" as one word and the iPad spell corrected it to "wafer egoist."
That is simply so awesome that I am going to stop typing right now, not finish my original thought, and drive as far as I have to in order to be drunk and eating waffles at a waffle house.
SEC you guys tomorrow.

We have 4 Waffle Houses in Beaumont. I was talking to a manager the other day about opening one up in College Station

There was an article up about this the other day, as FEMA types use Waffle Houses as a general guide to how fricked up an area is.
The idea is that if you're in an area and even the Waffle House is closed, that's where you need to set up shop and start doing disaster relief.

Yeah, I was born and raised in Beaumont. I met Elvis and got his business card in 1993 in the Waffle House on I-10 just past 11th.
