agreed. two totally different expectations for what these women have to do. our ladies compete (along with our male cheerleaders) in athletic/gymnastic events. the O ladies (much like the USC song girls) are pretty much around for looks. apples to oranges.

those chicks were amazingly hot .. television doesn't do them justice .. in person, they looked even better ..

The cheerleaders actually present a decent parallel to the schools' aproaches to football: Oregon's got the sizzle. LSU has the steak.

I grew up in OR and went to college there. The cheerleaders at the U of O look nothing like what I remember. If you look at U of O football team roster you'll see that most players are from out of state, especially CA. I can't help but wonder if it's a similar situation w/ their cheerleaders.

Oregon's cheerleaders put ours to shame, I'm sad to say. But hey, they dont have Golden Girls.
