Germans never looked so good. Les is the real deal. He does a bunch of shite that you can't explain (like almost running to UO's sideline yesterday ) but he has beaten the best time and again.
Les is a pretty good CEO. He catches grief for being loyal to his staff, but they, in turn, are pretty loyal to him. Still, he's made the personnel changes he's had to make, and he consistently brings in top coaches who fill a need- like Chavis and Kragthorpe. He has this team right where we all want it. My hat's off to the guy.

Les Miles Great Coach, Great mentor & Great man.
In the day where integrity rarely exist, he is what is good for college football. Others Poke fun of him but of course it is because of that "Green Monster"-jelousy and the fact that they can rarely beat him.
And in the BIG game, who do you want on your side line? I'll take Les.
