Thats a pretty poor way to judge how much people drink btw. Utah has more breweries than half the country.


I don't drink quantity anymore anyway. I stay in shape and don't like hangovers. I will binge on a gameday though.

I was just stating the microbrewery numbers has as much to do with state laws than it does to the number of people that like beer.

States where the laws are more lax to opening a brewery the more you will have.

Also has a lot to do with how much influence large breweries have on local distribution chains.


-- As for as someone saying that they would season the crawfish the same as they do down here I want to see a recipe before I give that any credibility.
