I will save everyone the pain of a pissing match. Lets just find out what will happen saturday. Oregon is a program coming to prominence, and lsu is a team that has been there a while. I suppose if lsu can defend the run, they will win the game. If lsu struggles to defend the run, they will lose. Let's not try to compare apples and oranges. No one knows how this will go.

Hell, I'm more afraid of an Alabama team with all new starters on both sides of the ball than I am of Oregon.

So am I. More afraid of Bama than LSU that is. Gonna be battle in the BCSCG

could benefit LSU. Less thinking and more reacting from our defense. Any thoughts?

and what happens when our boys get tired and can't sub in because of all the hurried plays? Will that be at our advantage?

Cute, did you think of that all by yourself?

What a joke! Like that's really gonna happen. I like Oregon fans, they keep me laughing.

The key to this game for the Tigers is moving the chains on offense.

Besides using our size, strength and quickness to disrupt the flow of the Duck offense at the line of scrimmage and stopping the run (force the issue, make'em throw at our back 5), we can best manage their offense through ball control.

We sustain drives, flip the field and force the Ducks to throw, then the Tigers will win.

By watching the push of our dline, I will know how the game will go. If we can't get a push it will be a long night. But I think we will

It was a joke actually. It's just fun messing with some of your dumb fans. I always feel bad when one of the good ones calls me on something that I write just to provoke one of the clueless fans on here.

Speaking of push on the line, here is a nice quote from LMJ on the championship against Auburn
quote:

Their defensive line was overpowering our offensive line," he said. "That was just the way it was.

Better get prepared for the same to happen Saturday, bitches

Every play still comes down to one-on-one match-ups. If they hurry up the pace then they will just hurry up the one-on-one beat downs. This is why Auburn slowed them down so well.

Another well thought out and intelligent analysis.

Thats called rationalization. LSU got lucky.

Now who's rationalizing? I stated fact, you stated opinion. Truth is, LSU was more disciplined that UT when it counted.

Huh? Do you know what rational means? Fact LSU got lucky.

Just like I said earlier. Flying around and knocking heads will stop any fast paced offense against LSU. The fast pace offense of Oregon was out of sink and actually took their time calling plays at the line. This Tiger defense is gonna be special.
