If some fricking out of control a-hole comes at you, he gets his arse kicked and then it is your fault?
No way a jury gets convinced beyond a reasonable doubt to convict JJ. At best, it ends up as a hung jury.

The didn't arrest him for the bar fight. Kicking someone in the face while they're down and defenseless wasn't part of the fight. It's after the fact and you just can't do it. Its battery, not to mention a real bitch move on his part.
