High profile BS.

JJ comes from a good family and is not a thug.

I have to disagree with you to a certain extent there. I've been kinda in the middle on this whole situation. Obviously the Lowry guy is a shite-for-brains with a chip on his shoulder. Bar fights are a frequent occurrence and in some ways, this case has been blown way out of proportion by the cops and media.

However, I've always been a "do the crime, do the time" kinda guy.......and I admit to having been in quite a few fights myself. Kicking someone in the head while they are on the ground is a THUG thing to do. SO, JJ may not be a thug, but he acted in a way to make people think that he is, and that is the one thing that this whole thing revolves around. Without the head kick/broken neck, this would likely be cleared up by now.

In all the fights I've been in or witnessed, the only people who I've ever seen kick a prostrate victim in the head were trashy, classless, thugs or gang members with no self respect.

I've been in fights before where I was so angry that I wanted to tear someone to pieces, but if I knocked them out, or especially if someone else did, I would never stoop to taking a cheap shot -and potentially very dangerous, even fatal - kick to the head. Thats just sick, and below me, and I can't believe the number of people on here defending it and saying "well that's just kids and bar fights"
